Shipping and payment information

We delivered the ordered products to your home in Debrecen, Debrecen-Józsa and Balmazújváros. Delivery takes place in our own vehicle on the day indicated as the day of receipt when ordering. 

Payment

Payment against invoice by advance transfer or by credit card on the webstore interface or in peson upon receipt of the products on the day of delivery. In case of transfer or payment on the web interface, the invoice will be sent by e-mail. The invoice contains all the data and shipping information required for the transfer. 

In case of payment on the spot, please avoid the use of cash if possible due to hygienic and safety reasons, taking into account the epidemiological situation. Our delivery staff provides the possibility of credit card payment.

Mode of shipping 

Delivery takes place on working days from Tuesday to Friday until 17:00. Home delivery is suspended on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays as well as on public holidays. Claims submitted by 12:00 on the day of order will be delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed after 12:00 will be delivered within 3 working days. 

Delivery fee

Minimum order value is 5000 HUF. We are not able to deliver orders below this. The delivery fee under 10.000 HUF is 500 HUF. The delivery fee is automatically included in the final amount of order. In case of orders over 10.000 HUF the delivery is free.

Handover-Takeover

Please check the contents of the package in the presence of our staff after receipt! We can only rectify your complaint regarding the content of the order as soon as possible if the fact of any defect, defective perfarmance or damage is established in the presence of our employee. 

Please note!

Good packaging with proper cooling ensures temperature during transport. It’s best to pick up the meat in person when you can put the package in the freezer or refrigerator right away. (Unless used within 1-2 days.)
